Return Policy


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Unless it’s a Pre-order item. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

 

We would love for every item to fit in a perfect world. We understand that a perfect world is impossible. We would love to keep a smile on your face, so you will have 5 days from the delivery date to return your item for a store credit. Items must be returned in its original condition. Items will be inspected FIRST, before issuing store credit.

We do not offer store credit for the following below:

Any type of undergarments

White Items

All of these items are Final Sale! We will not accept any returns for these items under any circumstances. Please be mindful when ordering these items. 

We do not offer Refunds.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

 We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Tracking is issued on ALL orders via email provided at checkout.
